Mulroney is a director of Hicks Acquisition Company, Inc. and Hicks is founder and chairman.
Just goes to show you, is it possible Canada in general supports and benefits from political ties to the powerful in the U.S.A.? Certainly seems like it.
So, are we to continue to wonder why Canada doesn’t seem to lend a hand to help Jim Balsillie acquire one of two teams lost to the U.S.?
