Steven Jones, Ph.D, of Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth heads up this April 30th, 2009 lecture on the dusty evidence:
What does thermite, aluminum oxide, and silicon have in common? I don’t know, but does it bring to mind chemtrails, chicken McNuggets, and other nasty things?
Most of us watched the youtube videos of buildings falling into their own footprint and questioned how they could be crushed into dust. The remaining vision of a few hunks of wall from one of the towers almost impossible to digest.
As time went on, the questions of how these things could happen they way they did reared their heads. The Conspiracy Theory of those who questioned the slow but questionable official story as given by the government began to grow.
George W. Bush had to tell the American public not to believe outrageous conspiracy theories. He knew the truth movement would be trouble. He knew the evidence the government wanted suppressed would have to remain suppressed, and as Dick Cheney explained, any further investigations would have to be contained, kept secret and dealt with in private.
The question has remained, how much should remain secret, withheld from the citizens of America, and the people of the world.
As a result of 9/11, we have had the Patriot Act, gropings and acts of sexual assault at airports from the TSA, and telescreens being installed at Wal Mart and other stores to, in effect spy on your neighbour who could be suspect.
After all I suppose, the American public might as well police itself, because in the movie you are about to see, the incompetence of those responsible for your security in the United States dropped the ball on 9/11, and were never fired. In many cases those not knowing what to do on 9/11 were eventually promoted to higher ranks.
And that lends itself to the question most “Conspiracy Theorists” might have: Was incompetence what they were looking for to put in place if there was an agenda that needed to be fulfilled?
Sir, the plane is now 2 miles out, does the order still stand?
Of course the order still stands (you incompetent poop)
Those that questioned the official story like Sibel Edmonds were quickly gotten rid of as a threat. But, other threats of higher office might be too risky to let go. The old saying keep your friends close and enemies closer may apply. What would an insider with a lot of questions do if they left office? How might they hurt the official story by giving personal accounts of further incompetence, perhaps cover-ups? No, they needed to stay put, perhaps moving up the ranks in the process to further get them in the fold, and to keep them contained.
It reminds one of the reasoning they must have had at the World Wilderness Congress when they realized George Washington Hunt could pose a problem. He caught on pretty quick to the problems of the One World Bank, and they likely knew not how to get to him. That is, unless the illness of choice of the “world order” was to have taken him out.
But let’s get somber here for a moment. I mentioned most of us watched the buildings collapse and questioned the story.
The victims’ families investigated this perhaps from a different angle.
Why did the second tower have to get hit? Why didn’t they intercept the plane? Why did my husband have to die? Why didn’t you do your job?
Perhaps an angle you never considered as an outsider looking in.
Perhaps it’s time to change your perception, and hear what the family members had to say. Note, they are not conspiracy theorists, and their questioning isn’t about an “inside job”, but rather how do you not discipline the incompetence of the actions of so many?
In this multi-part report, Tony Gossling discusses with his colleague the events of 7.7 and 9.11, and the name of the show says it best: “Now that’s weird”.
The facts surely are weird.
Gladio, is now the new term to describe an operation to effect an agenda, used by government to further their objectives, whatever they may be. False flag events can be classified as events of “gladio-proportion”.
Can we tie in the key points with the goal for new wars of occupation to take over the resources of the world as the US economy tanks?
Is Janet Napolitano’s “see something, say something” campaign suddenly taking on an ah ha meaning now that we see the evidence from Norway suggesting the blond haired, blue eyed guy next door is the new Al Qaida? Anders Breivik was the guy next door who bought a farm to get the fertilizer, to build a bomb, to go along with his two-gun purchase to terrorize Norway. Breath, breath breath……whooo. And he made sure he put it all in a manifest of suspect proportions. Like who does that?
Why is it there always seems to be evidence beforehand to warn those awake that something is coming.
While the Obama administration commented that they need a new “Oklahoma City” to further Obama’s approval rating, the warnings have always been there that governments throughout history have used what are called “false flag” events to further their goals.
If you build it, they will come. If you build it, you will make sure you fill it. And, unfortunately, there is a new revelation that crime will be on the rise. The question is, what kind of crime? Is it time to make thought the new taboo worth being locked up for?
Go away conspiracy theorist!
Sure, you might have read the recent article in the May 23rd, 2011 edition of Maclean’s Magazine, on bin Laden and the ‘Culture of Conspiracy’. Ewwwww… which side are you on “Conspiracy Theorist“?
Obvious which side Maclean’s is on. But don’t let me tell you what to believe you conspiracy theorist, you dirtbag. You who has lost your mind, perhaps your marriage, and is living now on donations! Don’t let me tell you what is politically correct, and what the majority is thinking; and if you think that way you must be becoming paranoid. No, don’t let me sway your decision to have a right to look into evidence and form an opinion.
Just know one thing conspiracy theorist – -what we want you to know — the moment, yes the very moment you start to pay attention to things around here that challenge the government or the governments of the world, and the very second you think for a milisec that the government may not tell you 100% truth, you are, dare I say, a full-fledged, whackjob conspiracy theorist! Okay?
The key to staying in good stead is to not pay attention to anything except the official stories the governments tell you. Then you will be politically correct, stay off the watch lists, and not be a conspiracy theorist.
So go ahead, read the article in Macleans magazine on the Culture of Conspiracy (sorry, not yet available online!), and if you are smart, you will snub your nose at those that have gone from father, mother, architect, military official, doctor, and all other walks of “normal” life to the dark side. Yes, that’s what we’re talking about, the dark side of becoming a conspiracy theorist, because that explains the state of crazy mind of anyone that doesn’t believe that the government is good, and caring, and looking out for you. Remember the words of Glenn Beck, you are not one of those are you?
They are so caring that the Harper government is going to build more jails as a primary initiative now that most Canadians were trusting enough to vote for him, and give him the control he needs to implement that decision.
And while Dalton McGuinty has washed his hands of guilt for the injustice to Canadians rallying in protest to the banking system at the G20 meeting, McGuinty was quick to point to Harper. Hmm, the very same Harper that wants to build more jails. Hmmm, well what about more funding for student loans, healthcare, other things good for the Canadians that trust him? No, sorry folks, more jails is the priority.
And how did I know he wants to build more jails for the nasties in Canada?
So you need to build more jails. And if you build more jails, you need to find some way to fill them. Did you know the US spends more on jails than it does on education? That the state of California in the last decade laid off 10,000 teachers but hired 10,000 more prison guards?
Golly, and as I try not to think the way of the nasty conspiracy theorist, I can’t help but drift back into thinking that the article telling us it is dangerous politics to challenge a government, your government; that there is a chance that the new criminal may be a criminal of the mind — a thought criminal.
And, those thought criminals would not be cold blooded, maximum security types, but they could be the types that would have protested the “new world” as Harper has told us, that Canada has to give up it’s sovereignty because that’s just the way the world is now. What was that again? A global reality? Something like that.
Well, I can certainly see where a media source like Maclean’s would have to paint a picture of the new, low risk criminal worthy of jail space.
Those conspiracy theorists that pose a threat to government, who challenge the leaders whether they are truthful or not.
And remember, Maclean’s would like you to believe they are as “fair and balanced” as Fox News in the U.S.. Yep, they have not reported with a negative spin on conspiracy theorists before, nope, not a chance. Nope, they make sure they give you the facts without trying to shape your opinion with various hit pieces over time. Because, if they did that, they would be challenged on their motives, and might be questioned on who they serve.
Those nasty conspiracy theorists might form a group called people for media truth or some such thing.
Don’t question media Canada, no more so than questioning government. Take both as 100% gospel truth. And, those jails you will simply drive by, not occupy.
And that would go double for journalists turned conspiracy theorists that don’t buy everything the government tells them too. Too bad, they could have been a contenda!
I cannot say which is worse: The realization that false flag events are a reality, or watching media propaganda so flagrantly flop in the wind, and blow whichever way they are directed. Unbelievable….nobody is buying this fantasy on bin Laden’s death, but they keep churning out the lies, and spinning perception to where they need it to go.
It’s not a question of what to say, it’s a question of how to say it. Where do you start on the realization that seeing the agenda unfold on Fox News and other sources is so blatant and obvious, that it blows the mind that people might actually still hold hope that Fox is the “official opposition” to the current Obama Administration, and the mouthpiece of the Republican Party. The game is so obvious and contrived, it really gives me a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach.
Let’s start here.
For months, every member of Fox News was bashing President Obama on all issues. Glenn Beck was perhaps the greatest attacker amongst the pack of news/ commentator jockies, but not long after he learned of his walking papers from Fox, his loyalty to them remains intact regardless. Yes, you will not find the security guard waiting to watch Beck pack up his office in a banker’s box, and escorting him to the door, and by the way Mr. Beck, your keys please. Not a chance. Beck has said it himself, he believes there will be a place for him at Fox.
More like, a new assignment to continue to further the propaganda cause.
Whether Beck believes he is doing tremendous good, in retrospect is not the issue. What seems more important is his being part of the bigger agenda to build up Fox’s credibility as the official police of the White House and Obama, so that when they decide to say Obama did a good thing in killing Osama bin Laden, we are all supposed to say, “even Fox agrees so it must be true”.
Obama has done a great job, and he “really did” have Osama killed. So, there is no true “we got to get rid of Beck because even we can’t take the level of ‘truth’ he brings”, no!
It get’s better as we all know. Well, check that. It gets better for those that have paid attention. Because all the people who simply do not trust the media have one thing in common – - they have paid attention. It’s that simple.
As Gerald Celente chatted with Paul Watson the other day, Celente pointed out that “Americans only hear the first lie, and then they tune out”. That would be a known fact for mainstream media. They know they can’t get to those that truly have paid attention, but the ones that tune out and “trust them”, well there’s the audience they truly serve.
Yes, they are “press-titutes” Celente went on, the only difference is “you pay for it with no happy ending”. Oh Gerald, you are still in fine form sir.
We should move on to Snidely Whiplash, aka Geraldo Rivera. He reminds me of the “medicine show” in old western movies. You know, the guy that sells snake oil, and whenever anyone challenges him on the effectiveness, or what he said before he changes his story. Smiles all around Geraldo! Osama is dead after all. Make sure you have a special complete with credible, ex-navy seals to further support the ever-changing official story.
And those people who don’t pay attention out in the public can flap in the wind along with Fox News – - both of them in a love in of joy at the death of bin Laden. Oh what a great day! America is strong and good!
Suddenly and not even begrudgingly, Fox is leading the pack as the (used to be) official pain in the White House’s rump (remember that?), to now effectively serving its ultimate purpose.
Fox has been playing the bad cop role for what has come full circle. A psy-op (psychological operation) to fool the public into believing that Osama bin Laden was actually, without question and full “right-wing” support, the only bad guy, and that it is irrefutable that Obama got the job done. Gotta hand it to him do you Beck?
Geraldo Rivera can slip in the counter-call to the criticism that the man in the photos looked young, and advise us all that bin Laden liked to dye his beard black. Oh really? Couldn’t locate him for ten years, but the intel knew he used hair dye?
Wife used as “human shield” or not? Buried at Sea for what reason exactly? Situation Room had the T.V. on or off? Which is it Fox? I am sure you will put aside your despising of the White House for a moment to cover up for them right?
Hillary Clinton and Obama should have gone to acting school before the “situation room drama scene”. Hokey! But, now that I hear Hillary explain it was her allergies I totally get it, having them myself. Yep, in the words of that T.V. game show, good answer!
Oops, training session this was not! No more so than the underwear bomber, and what snowjob was sold him to get onto the plane, assisted by the sharp-dressed operative.
Who is that you say? Herman Cain? Exactly. Let’s have an after -party won’t we Fox, with 29 supporters in an unprecidented display that support Cain. Wow, this is unprecedented the announcer came back with. Please people, really?
He “hit a home run” as one of the 29 on the panel suggested with his comment that when asked how the current politicians are doing. Cain was eluding to the fact that it is good that he has no experience in politics, because after all, with the guys in charge now, “How’s it working for you?”. Wait for the applause to end folks before volunteering to be one of the 29 that mirror exactly what the American Republican Party would want for the counter to the newly bolstered Obama.
Now, let’s also not forget the Hannity show after the debate, who ensured he mentioned that Ron Paul was not going to stick around, instead he was going to that crazy Tea Party event. Pshhhh…. missed the boat did he Hannity?
Seems Hannity got the memo on the looks and gestures that are a prerequisite to any news or comment that Ron Paul would make. If the audience applauds Paul, make sure you roll your eyes guys, and remind them to hold their applause. Good job! You are true lackies!
Contrived alert, contrived alert…..paying attention or still sleeping?
As Paul Watson of PrisonPlanet.com recently pointed out when discussing this debate in South Carolina, the only credible threat to Obama at this point is Ron Paul.
The boys at Fox should have been on their hands and knees asking Ron how he likes the buff on his shoes.
Instead, the game has shifted. Support the unknown to ensure the GOP has no chance in beating Obama.
And, what scares the Hell out of me is the revelation that the Book of Revelation tells us that the man would almost be killed (politically), but would bounce back.
Could this be it? Could the patsies be helping to fulfill what was destined to come all along? It might be worth paying attention if you aren’t already. What do you think?
What does Charlie Sheen and “Winning” have to do with Canadians wanting more hockey? Read on my friends…..Dos Equis or not!
Gotta love it, eh?
Canada, you are getting a taste now why hockey in Glendale has always been a political battle. And my theory is that there are investors in Abu Dhabi that have become a nightmare for the City of Glendale. Attached to them are the names that put the investors in touch, so to speak, with “the deal”, and they are all hoping the big penalty doesn’t come in to play. And no, it’s not even close to a game misconduct, far worse in fact. The game misconduct is in not providing the game of usury debt streams.
If it were not a political battle then, as argued before, this case would have been over a long time ago.
My daughter likes to blurt regularly, “Get over yourself”, whenever someone seems a little self righteous. And when I hear people tell us they have “told us” something many times before I agree with her. That’s what will make this situation and the far out angle we have taken come home to roost. So, excuse me for rubbing it in here shortly.
If indeed this was a pure battle of what makes the most economic hockey sense from a pure profit angle, Jim Balsillie would be putting the finishing touches on the new state of the art arena. The only issue would probably have been what to name the arena. Do we change it from Copps to RIM, or something else? What a dilemma that would be. The problem du jour would be a whole lot different than where we are today. Canadians you could simply keep focused on what you always wanted to focus on coming to makeiteighteh.com – - talk on the Coyotes and giving you the trash on the corruption. You could come looking for any dirt that would suggest Hamilton, or Winnipeg, or Quebec might get hockey back.
And worst of all, you might still be thinking if we don’t piss off Gary Bettman, we may actually get him to see Canada as a deserving place to put more hockey. Be good fellow Canucks, Gary seems to be happy about Canada today! Don’t rock the boat. Phewie! Wake up! It’s time to tip the boat over because it has a leak caused by years of corruption. The same corruption that has taken over the U.S. government and is trashing that Constitution!
When Gary Bettman asked who the Goldwater Institute answers to, he might as well have said, “Didn’t they get the memo on the new economy?”Who do they answer to indeed! Wow! Some entity not in on the taxpayer wealth stripping party! Absurd!
I am going to insert a very loaded interview between Brahm Resnik who is a broadcaster in Phoenix, but first and foremost a Canadian. He is interviewing Darcy Olsen of the Goldwater Institute that has the Constitution of the United States of America on her side. And, in a country where the current White House Administration views the Constitution as a thorn in the side of the real agenda, she is a refreshing change of pace from Corruption Incorporated. You know Brahm as the man with the twitter account who, like a gracious Canadian, answers everybody!
He even answered a good friend of mine that wrote an article for this site way back when that showed some detail about the Jobing.com bond issue – - a bubble within a bubble. Eloquently put I would say. Unfortunately Resnik at the outset commented to him that there didn’t seem to be a point. I wonder if he would care to reread it now and see if that opinion has changed, In fact why don’t you all read it again and see the points made that are suddenly becoming significant. The bubble within a bubble – - the economic sell out of Glendale.
What are the new sky is falling numbers out of Glendale’s City Hall – - $500 million and complete collapse? Why? Really? Forty home dates of hockey is going to impact a City putting in a Casino and can increase concerts? Something is not right. Where’s the real deal Glendale? Who is holding your City hostage? Why is Gary Bettman really bending over backward to spare an embarrassment that will make Jerry Moyes’ pale in comparison?
And where did my article end up? Infowars.com and the leader of the battle against the attack on that nasty Constitution.
That’s right, you may have heard of Alex Jones, if at no other time than on the View with Barbara Walters, as she was ready to blow a gasket. You see, Jones wanted to cram in as much stuff on the bad things that have been done to Americans and the Constitution that he took every opportunity to tell us all about “building 7″ in New York on 9/11, the killing of innocent Iraqis during the war on the weapons of mass destruction, and on and on. Whoopie Goldberg looked like she was taking downers for a change, trying to get Jones to slow down. It was a crazy few minutes, but a victory and a way to further the Charlie Sheen cause .
Is it any wonder Sheen is basking in the glory of destroying the New World Order and is as popular as ever for the campaign of “Winning”? The next time you watch Saturday Night Live try to separate the attack from the humor and you will see something far from funny. The system controlled by mainstream media is scared, and they are threatened.
You must excuse Charlie for looking disturbed and overcoming substance abuse. Anyone who has come from that place and is still effective at bringing attention to the issues of the day is brilliant. It is an interesting dilemma – - do you look at Charlie the man and say he is at this time a little off, or do you look at the bigger picture and agenda, and realize he truly is winning? And by winning, again, we mean drawing attention to supporting the Constitution, peoples’ rights, and freedom. Or, did you miss the whole point? He may come across as the madman across the water, but the point is the people across the water want to hear him.
When Whoopie Goldberg said she wanted to figure out what was happening with Charlie, they should have let Alex Jones have an hour to explain that Sheen’s problems happened when he wanted 20 minutes with the President. In fairness, if the system wanted to vilify you, you’d go a little nuts too!
So hockey, right?
Point is, hockey and politics, and the U.S. Constitution is all in focus. The Coyotes in Phoenix and the other NHL teams are all affected by corruption and taxpayer abuse by a sports league that is no different than the rest. John McCain has come forward to support the Coyotes because of political issues. We have seen a lot on this site, and we have shown a glimmer of those over time to you here. We have seen the politics, the ties to land developers, and we have seen the game within the game.
When we realize that the game of hockey has been held hostage to land developers and financiers, we will look at the next bubble within a bubble coming to Edmonton right now, and see it for what it really is. Edmonton is being held hostage by the “convenient excuse” that the taxpayers should own the arena, just like in Glendale. The real reason is because the taxes are guaranteed to those behind the financing, and they can score many times the value of the arena in interest payments over time.
Glendale saying that their economy will collapse makes no sense to anyone on the surface. It’s what you cannot see that is the issue. Will we let it become the issue in Edmonton too? Are they the replacement cash cow?
It’s time to realize hockey is politically driven. It’s time to join the party and start winning too.
When Resnik asked Olsen if Canadians were making contributions to the Goldwater Institute’s battle against the case for keeping the team in Glendale, it made me laugh.
It made Olsen laugh too.
As an issue for a Canadian like Resnik who really knows better because of his political analysis agenda, it shows that there has always been a more important mission. It has been a mission of human rights and freedoms. It’s all about a bigger issue of righteousness! It’s about people having rights. Like Jerry Moyes! Remember him? The man served proxies instead of compassion?
When are we going to understand there are bigger issues than hockey? And you can’t just throw money at that! In short, any Canadians who think throwing money at the Goldwater Institute will motivate them more to take on the NHL had better “get over themselves”!
It’s about WINNING!…. DUH! Winning the big picture not the little hockey picture!
While Darcy Olsen does it the politically correct way, Charlie Sheen lets it all hang out – - what’s the difference? He is in essence saying the heck with all things politically correct because politics is corrupt people! They built him up and gave him power and now he is turning the machine against themselves- – a stroke of brilliance!
Who does he need to answer to? Nobody! Who does Goldwater need to answer to — normal everyday people fed up with the system of taxpayer abuse. So, Mr. Bettman, I hope that clarifies things a little bit. After all, you did want to know who Goldwater is accountable to.
It’s all about loving the preserving of human rights! It’s about upholding the Constitution that represents those rights. And in Canada, we need to pay careful attention too.
A man’s actions define him. Sheen is overcoming all odds to show just how intelligent he is. Playing the nutbar to bring attention to himself to further the bigger issues.
If Lindsay Lohan’s drinking can bring her fame and attention, Sheen is getting more than 20 minutes with the world. Why bother trying to influence the President when you are more popular than Obama? Refreshing and fresh! Free and carefree! Liberated and fanciful!
So thank you Charlie Sheen for taking your popularity to a meaningful level, despite what they are trying to do to you! Oh, and Darcy and the Goldwater Institute: Many thanks as well.
And with Charlie Sheen’s popularity hitting an all-time high, there is something about him that attracts people. Perhaps it is the underlying truth! Maybe he should have this to say, being “the most popular man in the world”,
Let’s forget Gary Bettman on the podium somewhere North of the 49th Parallel telling those in Edmonton that to sustain their franchise, they will have to develop a mixed-use mega suite filled, glam box, complete with Casino, offices, and all kinds of glitter……or he’ll build an arena in some remote non-hockey loving town like Mexico City, ’cause the government is more generous there! Let’s talk about Jones on the View instead, and how he ticked off Barbara Walters!
What an animal!
And I mean that in the most sincere sense of the word.
Alex Jones had Whoopie Goldberg and Barbara Walters speechless, as it was obvious they were very keyed into the warning signs of what might come out of Alex Jones’ mouth.
I have seen God work before, and when he does, it gives me the chills. I think I witnessed God’s work through his devoted witness, Alex Jones on the clip on the View of yesterday. Don’t go scrambling to see if his religion is Jehovah either, okay?
I know what your thinking – - just as things were getting heated up again with the last article that was starting to question the NHL focus on arena and “area development” such as Casinos, restaurants, office complexes, etc., and yeah, I know, you’d prefer to hear about how Mr. Bettman seems to be the last man standing to put a “whaaaat” into your mind — you know the Edmonton “sustainability” as a hockey franchise can only be accomplished by……are you sitting down?……..building a new mega arena a and mixed-use complex like in Phoenix, and in Dallas – - the two white elephants of sport.
I know, you might be wondering as I if there was something more in it for the guys that are supposed to think more about hockey than land, and you are probably piecing together the notion that every time the big boss speaks it’s about building arenas and local shopping and entertainment districts. And then you are thinking, maybe — No! Couldn’t be. No! Oh my God, what if it is? No. Couldn’t be. It would sure explain a lot and explain why certain things happened in Phoenix. No! Couldn’t be. But what if it is? No…..and on, and on you go. So, to take your mind off that potential for its own little breed of corruption, let’s divert to a bigger kettle.
But first, perhaps we should also drift back into memory and think of the history of the Madison Square Garden renos that were pushed by Related Companies many moons ago, and yes they were involved in Phoenix at City North related to the Coyotes hockey disaster, and boy, those guys in New York, they sure were trying to get the mayor to go for the big project weren’t they?
No, for now we should talk about the latest “V” for victory — Alex Jones supporting the truth movement otherwise known as exposing corruption.
And if you haven’t noticed, that’s a mandate from God. Sorry to offend those that are looking to hear just about sport, the NHL, and not about Charlie Sheen, Alex Jones, the New World Order and God. Problem is, they are all related.
You see, exposing corruption knows no bounds. It is a battle that has God giving wisdom to those he chooses that leave others scratching their heads, perhaps sending that divine shiver through you that spells – DIVINITY!
Wow! Pumped cannot express the feeling and the exhilaration from watching a victory like you are about to see below. But you must do yourself a favour, go to the attached YouTube site to read the comments because that is equally satisfying.
Pay attention to the crowd’s applause, because the people in the audience may be at the filming of the View, but they are also, many of them, closet NWO (New World Order) philes. Like an audiophile, not a pedophile. A ‘phile’, a student, someone aware, but most still in the closet ’cause someone might think it’s not cool to really know what’s going on.
But when you can’t help but see a slam dunk for humanity, you can’t help but love the moment, and put those hands together New York, for the greatest moment of broadcast history, Mr. Alex Jones shutting up the “hens” of New York.
Step right up people, and witness what must have been divine intervention in cleverness for the man who spoke fast, because once bitten twice shy, you do what you got to do. Overlook the putdown attempts, and the attempts to paint Sheen and Jones with the “cuckoo” brush at the same time. That’s right, you’re one of us now if you saw the not so well orchestrated attempt to paint Sheen as a manic, and to label Jones a kook.
Yes, put those hands together and share in the exhilaration of your “coming out”.
It might actually become socially acceptable to know what in the world is going on in the world, and not listen to the controlled media tell you what to think.
Donald Rumsfeld wrote a book. They all do, don’t they?
He said they were wrong on the intelligence that drove them into Iraq to find the weapons of mass destruction. According to CNN that cost 4500 troops their lives. And, wasn’t it 100,000 plus innocent Iraqi citizens that died?
I remember the “intel”, as we reported that it was applied rather thick. Rumsfeld seemed too confident then, to be so willy nilly, and wishy-washy now on the subject.
Let’s bring you back, to the elaborate caves that Rumsfeld said were in Afghanistan where Bin Laden was hiding. Did they find these? No, they were a fictoid. But Rumsfeld jumped right in to justify not one, but many. Able to avoid radar; big enough to run tanks through; with electricity, ventilation systems, computers, etc. Where was this intel obtained that sounded so convincing?
Let’s not forget the need for bunker busting bombs, according to George Bush Jr.
Sure, really George?
On 9/11, wasn’t your dad dining with some of the Bin Laden family for breakfast, or lunch? I can imagine the dinner conversation – “Oh sorry, just to go off topic, we are looking for your son, do you mind telling us where the most wanted is right now – we need to pick him up”. Right.
I can imagine that dinner conversation: “Anwar, we are looking for a new patsy. So, here is what we’ll do. You’re it! Okay? That’s as good as it gets. We will make it worth your while – we will never catch you. Set you up in new digs, the whole nine yards, what do you say Anwar?”
“The American public? Don’t worry, they buy everything the controlled media tells ‘em, not an issue. If we say the sky is green, they believe it. If we say the cold as heck weather is global warming, for crying out loud, they believe it. If we can pull of that scam, don’t you think we can pull this off too?”
“We got Donny Rumsfeld, guilty as sin writing a book. Because once the book is published, Don feels better, the people feel better, and if it is in a book, gotta be true! Know what I mean? Heck, we can even show the stupidity of the thing in shows like the Family Guy. People just laugh. But, they still believe it, the chumps!”
The hard-hitting Diane Sawyer (lovely lady) hit Rumsfeld with the tough question. The cat that swallowed the canary look on Rumsfeld’s face tells us everything I think we need to know.
Can we take the “wisdom” of Rumsfeld at least in one way. He said the things we know today are different. Applying that, was 9/11 not what we were told too? We have the evidence today to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt that “doubt” exists.
What drove the military into Iraq, at the root was a lie. It’s time to get to the bottom of it.
From the show Conspiracy Theory on the Pentagon strike on 9/11:
Perhaps as significant as what is unknown about the Pentagon attack is what has been forgotten. Just prior to the September 11 attacks in 2001, it was announced that the Department of Defense could not account for more than $2.3 trillion dollars. Donald Rumsfeld was questioned about it the day before by Rep. Cynthia McKinney, with little to say in accounting for the astonishing sum of money. But all the evidence of this accounting fraud, or error, was destroyed in the 9/11 attack during which the Pentagon was fortuitously struck in the very area where some of this evidence was being held for investigation. Oddly, a great deal of important financial & investigative information was also destroyed in the collapse of WTC7 on the same day.
Everywhere you look, there are ex-Goldman Sachs guys (and gals) in powerful positions – positions of authority, influence, and power.
The argument for hiring these guys has always been that, like a Harvard grad, they are smart, and the doors open for these people.
Or, is that simply an excuse to say that top talent comes from Sachs, when really it is an excuse to put in place those to effect a treasonous agenda. And, like a terrorist cell, could the power be exercised when needed?
I like to use the analogy of a terror cell , as we heard enough of that from George W. Bush shortly after the very iffy 9/11 explanation that it was Al Qaida responsible for the attacks that day. Didn’t it seem a little odd that blame was laid so quickly, the thermite dust hadn’t even settled yet from the pulverized buildings?
And by the way, now would be a good time to suggest you have a look at the recent Conspiracy Theory episode about the Pentagon and 9/11 – good stuff that puts the issue of who is the terrorist and why did the Patriot Act really come into control:
And, in case you missed the original on 9/11, here you go:
Back to Goldman Sachs.
Where there was talk of the financial meltdown, we didn’t have to look far to see that Goldman was right there in the thick of suspicion. The teflon of being a great entity is wearing off as we find more and more underlying corruption associated with Goldman Sachs and their involvment with the derivative scandal.
Remembering back, it was Goldman Sachs that gained large as an investment bank, once it became open season with the repeal of the Glass-Steagal Act by Bill Clinton. And who was it that was involved in convincing him? Was it Robert Rubin, and ex-Goldman boy?
Teflon is definitely getting rubbed off I’d say. The reputation of Goldman has taken a major hit. And it is becoming worrisome.
Observers will point to the firm’s near obsessive focus on recruiting, which has seeded its ranks with an enviable roster of talent, ripe for the poaching. They will highlight Goldman’s record of public service over the past six decades, and the succession of leaders who were encouraged to cap off their lucrative Wall Street careers with a stint in government. And of course, they will reference the company’s unparalleled command of risk: In an era where most of its blue-chip peers have been torched by lax lending standards and questionable bets – think Citigroup, Bear Stearns, UBS and Lehman, to name a few – Goldman has emerged with merely a few singes.
All of these factors go some way toward explaining the ascendancy of so many Goldman alumni amid the debris of the credit crisis. Yet the nature of the crisis has also played a role. Much of this disaster was manufactured on Wall Street, and it is here, at the epicentre of the U.S. financial system, that much of the punishment is being meted out. Given the complexity of the products underlying the collapse of the subprime mortgage market and the potential for a devastating domino effect if some of these major banks fail, it’s little surprise that officials in both the public and private sectors have looked to industry experts for help. And where better to turn than the investment bank that managed to sail through the downturn reasonably intact?
Goldman was indeed a “teflon tim” of the banking industry – no blame or responsibility seems to stick.
Suspicion points to the potential explanation for the longevity of the firm – was it skill or advantage? Was it sound business practice based on a terrific talent pool, or was it due to political favoritism, and the effecting of a political agenda? And are we to see the instilling of these ex-Sachs folks as being recruited to finish off their careers in government, or can we look at the careers in Goldman as the training ground for the real job of government positions?
As Jesse Ventura pointed out on the Wall Street episode, why should the bankers effecting the crisis be given bonuses for destroying the lives of Americans? The more damage you do, the bigger the bonus?:
And Jesse Ventura is not the only critic of Goldman Sachs’ role in the destruction of the American economy. Alternative media is rife with support to suggest that Sachs are financial terrorists bent on the destruction of the middle class. Max Keiser is one such expert with roots on Wall Street, and plenty of ammo:
And, note that the crisis is global – Goldman is in thick everywhere.
And Canada, we are not immune. Check out our Bank of Canada Governor’s roots – you got it – Goldman Sachs!
Along with Mr. Paulson, there was Mr. Carney, who had taken up his job as head of Canada’s central bank only a couple of months earlier, and Bank of Italy Governor Mario Draghi, who was a London-based partner at Goldman from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Draghi also leads the influential Financial Services Forum of central bankers and regulators, which spent six months preparing the report that became the basis of the G7′s demands for more transparency by banks and other regulatory changes.
And the article continues to paint a necessary background on the same sh__, different issue when it comes to what can be expected:
The people at Goldman Sachs are not so successful because they are smarter than the rest of us, just a lot more cunning and crooked in many cases and have the audacity to pull off tricks like Mark Carney’s income trust tax, that steals from the poor to line the pockets of the wealthy.
Let’s not kid ourselves Canada. Time to wake up if not already. There is a plan taking effect. The players are taking position. And the one in Canada is already here.
